For Parents

Parents are an integral partner in the learning for their child, whether in Kindergarten, Grade 4 or Grade 8. We need you to be involved, interested and engaged in your child;’s learning. Regular parent - teacher communication is key. Our staff will support effective home-school communication through regular updates on SchoolZone, through Google Classroom and digital classroom communication tools. 

As well, this public school webpage garthworthington.epsb.ca will contain relevant information about our school, especially in the next 6 months until we open the school in mid-August 2021 and parents and students will have access to SchoolZone.

We will make use of SchoolZone to keep our parent community updated on school events and practices. As well, we will utilise Social Media tools such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to share information about school happenings
